| HSE General News | RenewableUK conference | Setters had a stand on Feb 1st at the RenewableUK conference held at the Hilton/Deansgate in Manchester. Our strategy on the day was to display our seasoned trophy cabinet through a two pronged approach merging the Coaching/training side of the business with our unique in house client specific imagery library. Setters left their footprints in the snow using a combination of expert personal in the renewable field, coupled with an artfully vague stand which we believe ‘knocked on the door’ of people’s natural curiosity with the result of them coming to us to say ‘hi’, ‘enlighten me’ or ‘what’s this all about then’ Apart from a very enjoyable day out, we met our objectives of making new friends, achieving extremely exciting future business partnerships and contacts as well as shouting ‘WE ARE HERE!!’ from the top of the highest wind turbine! |

The topic was 'Zero Harm or Santa Claus' Tony made the effort to introduce himself to the local crowd in Welsh, something that went down well in his Blackburn accent! The talk was well received and generated lots of interest. |
