Setter & Associates are a well established Health and Safety Consultancy who offer extensive management and training services throughout the industrial sector. Our trainers are qualified managers and engineers whose wide-ranging experience enables them to present the course in a practical and relevant way that stimulates interest and fosters a clear understanding.

Who Should Attend

The Managing Safely course is designed for those required to manage safely and effectively in compliance with both their organisation's policy and best practice in health and safety. Managing Safely's target audience is people in an organisation who have to manage risk and resources and those who wish to influence Health & Safety performance.

Setters approach is summed up by the simple equation: SAFETY = SYSTEMS + PEOPLE.
Through “Managing Safely” we aim to help managers understand how this balance can be managed to work best for individuals, teams and the organisation as a whole.

The new ‘Managing Safely Course’ is not about teaching, it is about learning.  No more “death by PowerPoint”.  We know that getting people fully involved, having fun, and learning by doing, is the way to achieve Health & Safety training success. We want to get delegates really thinking about what they are learning – and having the confidence and enthusiasm to put it into practice when they are back at work.
