We are actively involved in Health and Safety issues across a wide range of construction activities involving Civils, Contracting, Engineering Construction and Offshore Oil, Gas and Windpower (including Major Contracting Group clients).
We provide individuals and teams to join Project Management Teams contributing Health and Safety and Environmental Support. We provide ‘hands-on’ support to our clients during high-level maintenance periods, e.g. shutdowns or other large project work. However we work for valued clients in the small to medium category working as subcontractors or as independent house builders. The issues are generally the same; it is only the scale which is different.
We can perform any of the roles under CDM (Construction Design and Management Regulations) including CDM Co-ordinator and Principal Contractor. With some of our clients, we perform a ‘Site Supervisor’ role in tandem with providing the competent person requirement for health and safety.
In line with our +people® partnership philosophy, Setters implement a team approach to servicing client requirements based on establishing and maintaining excellent long-term relationships.
