The Coaching Group was established in 2009 as a forum for+people®Coaching Programme clients.   Special Projects are a forum for all of us to be creative, imaginative, and to pursue our interests outside of our usual business role   +people® Releasing Our Potential (R.O.P): The Vision; Generative cultures release the potential of their people and create an environment where personal self-actualisation is optimised in alignment with corporate goals.   Setter & Associates are working closely with Bangor University towards aligning the +people® applied principles with academic psychology approach, particularly in the field of Positive Psychology.
